SonarShop was created for practices in South Africa and other Sub-Saharan countries that need affordable, good-value ultrasound machines and accessories. We also repair and maintain any make of ultrasound machine through our Surgi-Clin technical network.
Who we are
We supply new and refurbished ultrasound machines and accessories, and we repair and maintain any make of ultrasound machine through our Surgi-Clin technical network. That network reaches every major centre in South Africa, as well as Botswana and Namibia, so a machine bought from us can be looked after where it stands.
Surgi-Clin has supplied and serviced electro-medical equipment for the South African medical industry for years, and SonarShop is its sonar division. Every unit we sell leaves the workshop inspected, tested and restored, and comes with the following:

Licences and accreditation
SonarShop operates under the accreditation of its parent, Surgi-Clin (Pty) Ltd: licensed by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority and certified to both quality-management standards that govern medical devices. You can view the certificates themselves on our accreditation page.
Service and repair
Machines earn their keep only while they scan. SonarShop repairs and maintains any make of ultrasound machine (not only those we sell) through Surgi-Clin's engineering network, with spare parts held locally.
Coverage reaches all major South African centres, plus Botswana and Namibia. Annual service plans keep clinical equipment within calibration and warranty.
